Working with Natalie looks like:

Starting the session with a  mind-body practice that naturally opens up into coaching that takes you into a deeper soul-restoration and realizations. She often blends energy work with the coaching. Because of this - often just through the talking done during session, old emotions will gently release from your system. She firmly believes in healing work being body based, grounding, and gentle unlike talk-therapy or disembodied energy work.  Natalie will guide you to see where you're blocking yourself from experiencing your own potential and guide you transform the limitations that are keeping you from your joy and harmony. Natalie creates a safe space and welcomes beginners and people who have been on the healing path for decades. The sessions are profound and will build upon each other. You have the option to have your sessions in person, on zoom or a mix of both.
